Large room with internet, private bathroom, a fan, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Lots of SAVOURY food for meals. Beautiful location easy to get to the national park entrance and especially helpful staff. Not far from the restaurant as well as nice jungle surrounding.

We had a fantastic stay at Mama Tayrona! The private rooms were bright and spacious, with comfortable beds and large windows that provided beautiful views. The location was perfect for escaping the city, and we enjoyed the refreshing river-filled pool in the middle of the property. The atmosphere was nice, and we loved seeing the many animals, like cats and dogs, although they did bark sometimes. The staff were friendly, and we appreciated the availability of laundry service. The setting was stunning, with gardens and a pool, and we especially loved the close proximity to the Calbazo entrance of Tayrona National Park. One unique feature was the lack of a wall in the bathroom, which initially concerned us, but it actually turned out to be quite enjoyable to have a shower with a view. We even spotted monkeys outside the accommodation! And lastly, we highly recommend trying the delicious jugo con leche.

Mama Tayrona was worth every penny. The value for money was great, and the room was lovely with lots of natural light and a comfy bed. The location was exceptional, surrounded by jungle and close to the beautiful Tayrona park. The staff, especially the owner Fabienne, were incredibly friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for the region. The food was delicious too!

We got great value for our money with a comfortable room and beautiful views in the morning. The location was perfect, close to the entrance of Tayrona Park, and Mama Tayrona made sure we had a safe and enjoyable experience. Beautiful jungle location, clean rooms with nets and fans, laundry service, great staff, good food, free water and coffee. Next to Calabazo Entrance, a great base for exploring Tayrona Park. Hammocks can be booked at the entrance. Don't miss the viewpoint along the way.
